Answer:Clone Q31-378 recognizes mouse RORγt, a nuclear transcription factor associated with Th17 and other lymphoid populations.
Answer:The reagent is PE-conjugated mouse IgG2a κ monoclonal antibody supplied as 50 µg at 0.2 mg/mL.
Answer:Yes. Nuclear RORγt detection requires an appropriate cell fixation and permeabilization workflow before staining.
BD Pharmingen PE Mouse Anti-Mouse RORγt is a phycoerythrin-conjugated monoclonal antibody for detecting intracellular mouse RORγt by flow cytometry. Clone Q31-378 recognizes the RORγt transcription factor associated with Th17 differentiation and selected other lymphoid-cell populations. The reagent is a mouse IgG2a κ antibody supplied as 50 µg at a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL. As RORγt is a nuclear transcription factor, staining requires a compatible fixation and permeabilization procedure before intracellular antibody labeling. PE fluorescence enables RORγt expression analysis in appropriately configured cytometers and multicolor panels. Panel design should include appropriate fluorescence controls, compensation, and a validated antibody titration to distinguish true intracellular signal from nonspecific binding.
