Answer:Brilliant Violet 605™ Anti-Human CD335 (NKp46) Antibody, 331926.
Answer:Human NKp46; BV605; Flow cytometry.
Answer:Brilliant Violet 605™ anti-human CD335 recognizes NKp46, an activating receptor associated with human natural killer cells and selected innate lymphoid cell populations.
Brilliant Violet 605™ anti-human CD335 recognizes NKp46, an activating receptor associated with human natural killer cells and selected innate lymphoid cell populations. The BV605 fluorophore is excited by a violet laser and supports inclusion of NKp46 in multicolor flow-cytometry panels. Measuring CD335 together with other lineage markers can help distinguish NK-cell subsets and examine changes in their phenotype across experimental conditions. The reagent is intended for research immunophenotyping rather than direct clinical diagnosis. Staining and compensation must be optimized for the specific panel, fluorophore combinations, and specimen preparation. Package size and antibody clone are not inferred from the conjugate family.

| Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or 5 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. Brilliant Violet 605™ excites at 405 nm and emits at 603 nm. The bandpass filter 610/20 nm is recommended for detection, although filter optimization may be required depending on other fluorophores used. Be sure to verify that your cytometer configuration and software setup are appropriate for detecting this channel. Refer to your instrument manual or manufacturer for support.
