Answer:Brilliant Violet 421™ Anti-Human TIGIT Antibody, 372710.
Answer:Human TIGIT; BV421; Flow cytometry.
Answer:Brilliant Violet 421™ anti-human TIGIT is a fluorescent antibody for flow-cytometric detection of TIGIT, an inhibitory immune receptor expressed on selected T cells and natural killer cells.
Brilliant Violet 421™ anti-human TIGIT is a fluorescent antibody for flow-cytometric detection of TIGIT, an inhibitory immune receptor expressed on selected T cells and natural killer cells. TIGIT is studied in immune regulation, exhaustion-associated phenotypes, and the balance of activating and inhibitory pathways. The BV421 label is excited by a violet laser and supports multicolor surface-staining panels that evaluate TIGIT alongside lineage and differentiation markers. This research antibody can help characterize immune-cell populations in oncology, infection, and immunology studies. Data interpretation should account for marker combinations rather than treating TIGIT positivity as a standalone functional diagnosis. | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µl per million cells in 100 µl staining volume or 5 µl per 100 µl of whole blood. Brilliant Violet 421™ excites at 405 nm and emits at 421 nm. The standard bandpass filter 450/50 nm is recommended for detection.
