Answer:Brilliant Violet 650™ Anti-Human/Mouse Granzyme B Recombinant Antibody, 396436.
Answer:Human/mouse Granzyme B; BV650; Intracellular flow.
Answer:Brilliant Violet 650™ anti-human/mouse Granzyme B is a fluorescent recombinant antibody used in flow-cytometric analysis of cytotoxic lymphocytes.
Brilliant Violet 650™ anti-human/mouse Granzyme B is a fluorescent recombinant antibody used in flow-cytometric analysis of cytotoxic lymphocytes. Granzyme B is an intracellular serine protease associated with activated cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells. The BV650 label is designed for violet-laser excitation and helps incorporate this intracellular effector marker into complex immunophenotyping panels. Samples generally require appropriate fixation and permeabilization before intracellular detection. The antibody is useful in studies of cytotoxic immune responses, activation, and functional cell-state changes in human and mouse samples. Panel compensation, titration, and compatible fixation chemistry should be established for the full assay.

| Recommended Usage |

| Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular flow cytometry using our Cyto-Fast™ Fix/Perm Buffer Set. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 µL per 10^6 cells in 100 µL volume. It is highly recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Brilliant Violet 650™ excites at 405 nm and emits at 645 nm. The bandpass filter 660/20 nm is recommended for detection, although filter optimization may be required depending on other fluorophores used. Be sure to verify that your cytometer configuration and software setup are appropriate for detecting this channel. Refer to your instrument manual or manufacturer for support.
