| Application Notes | Cell-Vive™ CD ITS Media Supplement (100X), GMP is a concentrated serum-replacement supplement for cell culture applications. It is recommended to dilute the supplement to a 1X concentration in the desired cell culture media. It is recommended to thaw the supplement overnight at 4°C prior to use. The supplement can be stored unopened at 4°C for 2-4 weeks and can be used for one month once added to cell culture media. Final concentrations other than 1X and efficacy of the thawed supplement after 2 weeks should be tested in the desired cell culture platform. |
