| Recommended Usage | 2-Deoxy-D-glucose can be used for inhibition of glycolysis. For primary immune cells (e.g. PBMCs or splenocytes) a range of 2.5 – 10.0 mM is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for each experiment to determine optimal performance. |
