Answer:35 × 43 cm.
Answer:No. It contains the BAS-IP MS 3543 E screen only.
Answer:Radiographic signal from radioactive sample exposures for subsequent phosphor-image scanning.
BAS-IP MS 3543 E is a reusable storage-phosphor imaging screen designed to capture radioactive signals from appropriately prepared gels, membranes, and other sample formats. This standard multipurpose screen has dimensions of 35 × 43 cm and is intended for compatible phosphor-imaging scanners, including appropriately configured Amersham™ Typhoon™ systems. It stores the energy from radioactive exposure for later readout by the imaging instrument, enabling digital documentation and densitometric analysis without conventional photographic film. The large screen area accommodates broad membranes and multiple samples and is useful in radiolabeled nucleic-acid, protein, and molecular-biology assays. This product is the screen alone; a matching cassette or scanner is not included. Screen handling, exposure conditions, and erasure must follow the imaging workflow to limit residual signal.
