Flow kits for ÄKTA ready 450 system are designed with a valve block to snap into place for each installation. For the other ÄKTA ready systems, order the required size flow kit for isocratic elution or add the gradient section for gradient elution. Visit product page for the flow kits System software UNICORN™ software provides intuitive and flexible method creation, system control, and process evaluation to simplify your purification workflows. Connecting flow kits is quick and easy and can be confirmed by an installation test within the software. For users who require chromatography equipment to be used on their facility’s plant-wide automation platform, ÄKTA ready™ systems can be customized with a distributed control system or can connect to automation options via Open Platform Communications-Unified Architecture (OPC-UA).
