The kit includes the V9H-pH valve, the required connecting tubing and a dummy pH electrode. A measuring pH electrode is a separate component and must be installed and calibrated before obtaining actual inline pH readings. The V9H version belongs to the higher-flow ÄKTA pure 150 valve family and is distinct from the V9-pH variant intended for ÄKTA pure 25 configurations. This is an internal chromatography system module rather than a standalone laboratory pH meter. Install the module with the correct flow-path connections, module configuration and pressure-management arrangement.
