Product Overview X-VIVO® 20 Medium is optimized to support the generation of lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells from monocytedepleted peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) at high density. Initial cell densities between 2.0 – 3.0 × 10 7 cells/ ml can be used to successfully generate LAK cells. X-VIVO® 20 Medium may also be used as a growth medium for PBL and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL). All BioWhittaker® Cell Culture Media products are for Research Use Only (RUO) and are not approved for human or veterinary use or for use in clinical or in vitro diagnostic procedures.
