Product Overview The SG Cell Line 4D-Nucleofector® X Kit L is one of our three 4D-Nucleofector® Kits that is suited for transfecting difficult-to-transfect cell lines in the 100 µL Nucleocuvette® Vessel format when working with the 4D-Nucleofector® X Unit. This kit has been determined to be optimal for transfecting following cell types: Ba/F3 Colo-205, CHO-S H4 NIH/3T3 Raji , Ramos THP-1 WEHI The respective cell type-specific Optimized Protocols or recommendations are available under "Instructions" or in our knowledge database. In these Optimized Protocols the best Nucleofection conditions are indicated. In addition, we share our experience and knowledge for treatment of individual cell types.
