Lonza, VPW-088J, PowerCHO® 2 Basal Powder 100 L, serum-free medium-chemically defined

Product Overview PowerCHO® 2 Basal Powder 100 L Media are hydrolysate-free, serum-free, and non-animal origin media for supporting high-density CHO cells in suspension. For therapeutic bioprocessing applications, these protein-free formulations also facilitate both downstream purification and regulatory compliance. PowerCHO® 2 Basal Powder 100 L contains HEPES and Pluronic® F-68, but does not contain L-glutamine, phenol red, hypoxanthine, and thymidine. PowerCHO® 2 Basal Powder 100 L is a chemically defined, serum-free CHO media optimized for both cell growth and protein production. The basal powder needs several components to produce the liquid PowerCHO® 2 Medium (see required products). For fed-batch culturing different feeds are available like eCHO® Feed, Power Feed A or Xtreme® Feed which can be combined with PowerCHO® 2 Basal Powder 100 L. This BioWhittaker® Cell Culture Media is produced according to cGMP and labelled "For Further Manufacturing" (FFM). GMP Products are intended for research or further manufacturing use only. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR DIRECT THERAPEUTIC USE IN HUMANS. If you require different pack sizes, contact Lonza for more details. Request More Info
