The Thermo Scientific™ Viper™ inline filter protects analytical HPLC and UHPLC columns by retaining particulate contamination before it reaches the packed bed. Its titanium construction is paired with a nominal 0.5 µm frit and a maximum specified operating pressure of 1500 bar. The filter is part of the Viper and nanoViper fingertight fitting ecosystem, enabling low-dead-volume connections during installation and maintenance. Positioned upstream of the analytical column, it can reduce particulate-related blockages and help preserve chromatography performance. This configuration is a filter accessory rather than a Viper union, plug or calibration tool; each of those functions is offered under a different accessory configuration. The item is supplied as a single inline filter.
