Answer:The kit includes X-33, GS115 and KM71H strains.
Answer:The vectors use the methanol-inducible AOX1 promoter.
Answer:Zeocin is used to select transformed Pichia cells carrying the integrated expression construct.
EasySelect™ Pichia Expression Kit is used to clone and express recombinant proteins in Pichia pastoris using an integrated yeast-expression workflow. The kit combines Pichia host strains, pPICZ and pPICZα expression vectors, Zeocin™ selection, transformation reagents, media and sequencing primers. Included host strains are X-33, GS115 and KM71H, allowing users to compare wild-type, histidine-auxotrophic and MutS expression backgrounds. The vectors use the methanol-inducible AOX1 promoter and provide Zeocin resistance for selection of genomic integrants; His and c-Myc tags support detection and purification of recombinant proteins. The package also includes EasyComp™ transformation reagents and control strains for intracellular and secreted expression. This complete kit is useful for establishing a Pichia expression project without sourcing the core strains, vectors and selection reagents separately.
