Answer:This exact kit is the 1X dsDNA High Sensitivity assay, not the 1X dsDNA Broad Range assay.
Answer:The kit supports 100 assays and specifies a quantitation range of 0.1–120 ng DNA per assay.
Answer:No. The supplied 1X working solution is ready to use with the DNA sample and accompanying calibration standards.
The Invitrogen Qubit 1X dsDNA High Sensitivity Assay Kit measures small amounts of double-stranded DNA using selective fluorescent dye chemistry and a compatible Qubit fluorometer. The ready-to-use 1X working solution simplifies preparation by removing the need to mix a concentrated dye reagent with assay buffer before each run. This 100-assay format is the high-sensitivity version, with a stated DNA quantitation range of 0.1–120 ng per assay. Kit contents include the fluorescent working solution and two DNA standards for instrument calibration. Dilute a measured sample aliquot into the working solution following the specified final assay volume and incubation procedure, then read the sample against the standards on a supported instrument. Fluorescent dsDNA measurement is less affected by RNA than nonspecific UV absorbance, although sample matrix and handling can still influence performance. Store the high-sensitivity kit components at 2–8 °C and protect the working solution from light. This product is not the broad-range kit.
