Answer:Mix one volume of 6X loading dye with five volumes of DNA sample to obtain a 1X final concentration.
Answer:Orange G and xylene cyanol FF.
Answer:Five 1 mL containers of 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye.
Thermo Scientific 6X Orange DNA Loading Dye prepares DNA fragments, markers, and ladders for agarose or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It contains orange G and xylene cyanol FF tracking dyes, glycerol to increase sample density during loading, and EDTA to chelate divalent metal ions. The two tracking bands help monitor migration while avoiding the use of a dye band that masks many target DNA fragments. To reach a final 1X loading concentration, combine one volume of 6X dye with five volumes of DNA sample, mix, and load into the gel wells. The supplied format consists of five 1 mL containers. Select electrophoresis gel concentration and run conditions based on the DNA fragment range, and interpret dye migration separately from actual fragment sizes. The solution is a loading reagent, not an intercalating DNA stain or a molecular-weight ladder. Handle under standard research-laboratory conditions.
