Each vial measures 12 × 32 mm and is supplied with a compatible snap cap and PTFE/silicone septum. The 100-pack format suits routine analytical laboratories preparing solvent extracts, standards and sample series for autosampler injection. LCGC certification includes chemical-cleanliness and related performance testing to reduce vial-derived variability across repeated injections. The clear glass construction permits visual inspection of the sample, while the septum maintains a closure that can be pierced during autosampling. Select compatible 12 × 32 mm snap-neck trays and instruments, and match cap and septum configuration to the solvents and sampling method. This set includes separate vials, caps and septa; it is not a preassembled vial package.
