Answer:The kit supports preventive maintenance of the ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Sample Manager with a flow-through-needle injection design.
Answer:Components include an injection valve cartridge, sample needle and guide, 100 µL syringe, needle seat, fittings, filter material and related maintenance pieces.
Answer:No. Leak checks, priming, injection-repeatability tests and carryover checks remain necessary after service.
The ACQUITY UPLC H-Class Sample Manager–FTN Performance Maintenance Kit brings together service parts for scheduled upkeep of the flow-through-needle sample manager. The kit addresses the injection and sample-handling path with components including a sample needle, needle guide, 100 µL syringe, injector valve cartridge, needle seat and associated fittings, filter material and maintenance identification. It supports planned replacement of wear components that can affect sample aspiration, injection repeatability and fluidic integrity. Before servicing, depressurize the system, follow the instrument maintenance procedure and protect all wetted surfaces from contamination. After replacement, prime and purge the relevant fluidic paths, verify leak-free operation and assess injection precision and carryover using the laboratory's established qualification method. This maintenance kit is specific to the H-Class flow-through-needle configuration, not a universal sample manager kit.
