The Waters 30 µL stainless steel flow-through needle assembly is a replacement sampling component for supported ACQUITY H-Class, I-Class and Arc FTN sample manager configurations. Supplied as a needle and its matching guide, the assembly supports the sample transfer path used during autosampler aspiration and injection. The 30 µL format is different from the 15 µL textured PLUS needle kit and from bioinert MP35N needle variants, so component selection must follow the installed instrument model and application. A bent, blocked or improperly aligned needle can affect recoveries, injection repeatability and pressure behavior. Handle the new needle cleanly, follow service instructions for fitting and seating, and perform the applicable needle Z-axis calibration and leak or injection checks before returning the sampler to routine use.
