Answer:A two-pack of flanged high-pressure seals with a 0.125 ID and thin-burr designation.
Answer:Compatible Waters ACQUITY Arc and Arc HPLC Quaternary Solvent Manager pump heads.
Answer:No direct interchangeability should be assumed; pump-head and plunger sizes and seal design must match.
The Waters flanged high-pressure pump seals are service components for compatible ACQUITY Arc and Arc HPLC Quaternary Solvent Manager pump heads. They use a thin-burr flanged design with a specified 0.125 inner-diameter designation and are supplied as a two-pack. The seals help contain mobile phase at the reciprocating pump plunger during high-pressure solvent delivery. They are not interchangeable solely on appearance with smaller-diameter ACQUITY UP30 seals or the dual-spring I-Class Binary Solvent Manager design. Matching the actual pump module, seal geometry and plunger is essential before ordering or installing the part. Carry out replacement with the fluid path depressurized, keep the sealing surfaces free of particles, and verify correct priming, stable pump pressure and the absence of leaks before using the system for analytical measurements.
